Quick Installation Steps

Step	Instructions
1	Open the Web App Link Click the provided web app link to open either a Google Sheet or landing page.
2	Make a Copy Go to File → Make a copy and save it to your Google Drive.
3	Open Apps Script Click Extensions → Apps Script from the Google Sheet menu.
4	Deploy Click the blue Deploy button → New deployment → Select type → Web app.
5	Settings Set "Execute as" to Me and "Who has access" to Anyone (or your preference).
6	Authorize Click Deploy, then grant permissions when prompted.
7	Get URL & Test Copy the Web App URL that appears, open in a new tab, and test your app.
